It didn't need company. It just needed the right frame.
A single mushroom stands against a black background shot through with mixed metal flecks — silver, gold, caught mid-scatter, like light through a forest canopy at the wrong hour. The bezel is a repurposed vintage link, oval and worn, the kind of hardware that has been somewhere before and carries that quietly. The whole thing is small and certain, just under three-quarters of an inch tall, and it does not explain itself.
It hangs on an 18" adjustable chain. As with all pieces, this one is one of a kind. Once it's gone, it's gone.
