Art Prints & Canvas Prints
Because our prints are made to order, all claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 20 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date. If something arrives less than perfect, please reach out with a photo and we will make it right with store credit.
Please note: we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse on print-on-demand items. If you are an EU customer, please be aware that personalized or made-to-order goods may not be eligible for withdrawal under EU consumer rights law.
Handmade Jewelry
Each jewelry piece is handcrafted with care and is ready to wear. Due to the handmade nature of these items and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on jewelry. However, if your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery and we will issue store credit.
Stickers & Postcards
These items are final sale. If your order arrives damaged, reach out within 20 days with a photo and we will issue store credit.
Journals
Our journals are sold through Amazon and are subject to Amazon's return and refund policies. Please visit your Amazon order for assistance with any issues.
The Fine Print
- Items must be reported as damaged within the timeframes listed above
- We reserve the right to request photos of damaged items before issuing store credit
- We do not cover items lost or damaged due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
