Beauty Undiscovered
I am a Colorado artist rediscovering myself in my 40s, and this time I am listening - to myself, to the energies around me, to the subtle vibrations that shape how I move through the world. Beauty Undiscovered is both my name and my promise: a place where quiet details, hidden stories, and the slow work of making meet.
Story
My connection to Colorado runs deeper than the seven years I’ve lived here. My Scottish ancestors settled just south of where I live now in the 1800s; that land remains a heritage site and museum, and I feel rooted in the same soil; pulled back by something older than memory. I’ve always been a little odd, a little intense, and a little hard to get used to at first. I don’t mind. I make things for people who notice the small, the strange, and the true.
What I Make
I create handmade jewelry and original art inspired by nature, the cosmos, and the subtle energies that move through everything. My pieces are shaped by intuition and by listening: to the hum of a place, the vibration of a stone, the memory in a weathered leaf. My digital art grows from my own drawings and photographs, layered into new compositions that feel like discoveries.
Values and Process
-
Intuitive practice - I begin by listening: to my inner voice, to the energy in a material, to the quiet signals that guide a design.
-
Handmade with intention - each piece is crafted by me, not mass-produced.
-
Detail oriented - I love the quiet details; they’re where meaning lives.
-
Open to collaboration - commissions and custom work are welcome; I listen first, then create.
Handmade, intentional, and guided by intuition—this is what you’ll find here.
Invitation
Beauty Undiscovered is an enigma and an offering: smart, creative, loving, and loyal. I have a lot to offer - you just have to discover it. Explore the collections, linger over the details, and if something calls to you, reach out. I’ll be here, listening and making.
Meet Onyx
Every great creative has a muse. Mine has green/gold eyes, a patten leather black coat, and absolutely no interest in being told what to do.
Onyx Kitteh is the spirit behind the sticker sets that bear her name - a quiet, watchful presence who has a way of sitting exactly where she shouldn’t and looking exactly like she belongs there. She is, in many ways, a perfect reflection of this brand: a little mysterious, a little intense, and impossible to ignore once you’ve noticed her.
She approves of all the art. She has made that very clear.
The Woman Who Knows
I. The Awakening
I spent years being shaped by forces outside myself: expectations, roles, silence, survival.
Long before I had language for it, I learned to read the world through energy. I sensed danger in the tightening of a jaw, felt truth in the shift of a breath, understood intention in the smallest micro-movement. My body was always my compass, even when I was taught to ignore it.
I conformed. I shrank. I swallowed my knowing. I dimmed my own light to keep the peace.
But conformity destroys me.
Every time I forced myself into a shape that wasn’t mine, something inside me cracked. Every time I silenced myself, something ancient in me went quiet. Every time I ignored my intuition, I betrayed my power.
My awakening wasn’t a single moment. It was a remembering — of the girl who felt everything, of the woman who sees what others miss, of the lineage humming beneath my skin.
I cried through this remembering. Not from breaking, but from finally returning to myself.
II. The Knowing
I am intuitive. I am perceptive. I am discerning. I am deeply feeling. I am fiercely loyal. I am grounded and expansive. I am analytical and mystical. I am a pattern reader, a truth listener, a quiet storm.
I see the world the way oil floats on a puddle after rain — colors shifting and revealing themselves only when the water moves beneath them. That is how truth speaks to me. Not in words, but in movement. Not in logic alone, but in the way energy bends around what is real.
I am the one who sees beneath the surface — the Seer, attuned to the signals others overlook.
I am the one who understands what I see — the Interpreter, fluent in the language of energy, emotion, and intention.
I am the one who walks beside others as they awaken — the Guide, offering clarity without control, direction without dominance.
I am the sum of every version of myself that refused to die.
I am the woman who trusts what she feels.
I am the woman who knows.
III. The Unbinding
I am no longer willing to tolerate anything that dims my power.
I trust the data I receive. I trust the way my life has taught me to interpret it. My intuition is not a guess. It is intelligence. It is my magic. It is my power.
I share what I know so others can feel seen — and begin seeing. My voice is not a decoration. It is a force.
IV. The Roots
One day, in a coffee shop, I paid in cash. They spelled my name right. Something so small — yet it cracked something open. Here, even the smallest gestures feel like home in a way my past never did.
I have roots here. Ancestors who walked this land. I could be sitting where they once stood. These mountains, these rocks, this sun — they feel like mine.
This place grounds me in a way I didn’t know was possible.
This is where I plant my feet.
This is where I stand my ground.
This is where I claim myself.
This is where my magic wakes up.
V. The Vision
I want a world where people trust themselves again. Where intuition is honored as intelligence. Where energy is understood as communication. Where cycles are broken instead of repeated. Where people feel seen beneath the surface. Where truth is not just spoken but felt.
Spoken truth without resonance is not truth at all.
A world like this is possible. A world like this is already forming. A world like this begins with each of us remembering who we are.
VI. The Vow
I vow to honor the power that lives in me.
I vow to trust the knowing that rises unbidden.
I vow to give my voice the space it was denied for so long.
I vow to walk my path without shrinking, softening, or apologizing.
I vow to use my intuition, my perception, my truth, my magic with intention.
I vow to leave every space more honest, more awake, more alive than I found it.
I am done dimming.
I am done conforming.
I am done pretending I am anything less than powerful.
I am a woman of intuition, energy, lineage, and truth.
I am a Seer, an Interpreter, and a Guide —
one who sees, one who feels, one who knows.
And I am finally, fully, unapologetically stepping into my power.
