At Beauty Undiscovered, shipping is included in the price of every item. There are no additional shipping fees at checkout unless otherwise noted.
Production Time
Many of our products — including art prints, canvas prints, stickers, postcards, and journals — are made to order through our print‑on‑demand fulfillment partner. Your order enters production after purchase.
Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.
Handmade jewelry may require additional handling time as each piece is prepared and packaged with care.
Production time is separate from shipping transit time.
Shipping Time and Carriers
Once your order has been produced and handed off to a carrier, estimated transit times are:
- Domestic (US): 3–7 business days
- International: 10–20 business days (varies by destination)
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order type.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Orders containing both handmade and print‑on‑demand items may arrive in multiple shipments.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is included on all items.
There are no additional shipping fees at checkout.
All shipping costs are non‑refundable.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 20 days of the estimated delivery date.
Please contact us if you believe your package is lost and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. Please double‑check your address before submitting your order.
International Orders and Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are outside our control.
Beauty Undiscovered is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
If you are located in the European Union, please be aware that made‑to‑order and personalized goods may not be eligible for withdrawal under EU consumer rights law. Please review our Return Policy for full details.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because many of our products enter production quickly after purchase, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or address change requests once an order is placed.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change and we will do our best to help.
