The best gardens are the ones no one tends anymore. The lace goes soft, the flowers press themselves into whatever surface will hold them, and the mushrooms arrive quietly to finish what the roses started.
This pendant holds a whole abandoned afternoon inside a gold-tone rectangle bezel: vintage lace as the foundation, three small pink flowers pressed across the surface, a brown mushroom settled among them, and gold flake scattered through clear resin that catches the light the way a late afternoon window does. The chain is a fine gold-tone cable with a lobster clasp and extender, so it finds its length at 16", adjustable. As with all pieces, this one is one of a kind. Once it's gone, it's gone.
