The shore has a way of arranging things. A small conch tucked into a larger shell, golden flakes pressed around it like the tide left them there on purpose, the whole scene sealed in resin and set inside an organic gold-tone frame that doesn't so much hold the piece as grow around it.
It's a warm pendant. Peachy and golden and unhurried, the kind of thing that looks different in afternoon light than it does in the morning, which is exactly how the shore works. At just over an inch, it has presence without weight, and it hangs on an 18" adjustable chain like it's been there a while.
From my studio, part of the Seaside Glen series, where the water arranges and the resin remembers. As with all pieces, this one is one of a kind. Once it's gone, it's gone.
