There's something about a shell inside a shell. Not a coincidence, not an accident — just the sea's way of saying some things belong together. This tiny round pendant holds exactly that: a small shell cradled inside a larger one, silver flake pressed into the resin around it so the whole piece catches light the way tide pools do at the wrong time of day, when you weren't expecting it.
At half an inch, it's one of the smallest worlds I've made. It hangs on an 18" adjustable silver-tone chain and sits close to the collarbone, the kind of piece that rewards the people who notice it rather than announcing itself to the room.
From my studio, part of the Seaside Glen series, where small things are taken seriously. As with all pieces, this one is one of a kind. Once it's gone, it's gone.
