Apricot Peach Cobbler Tea is what happens when sun-warm stone fruit meets a skilled blender and a very good instinct: black tea and jasmine green as the base, oolong for depth, with safflower and marigold petals for color and softness, dried peaches threaded through the whole thing, and natural flavoring that finishes it like a cobbler just pulled from the oven.
It is exactly what it says it is. Fruity, warm, a little floral, deeply comforting. The kind of cup you make when the afternoon needs an intervention.

To brew: 1 to 2 teaspoons per 8 oz of water at 195°F, steep 3 to 4 minutes. For iced tea, double the tea and steep hot, then pour over ice.
