The glen commissioned this from the part of the cosmos that understands texture. Rough at the surface, luminous underneath, teal and iridescent and quietly insisting on being looked at.
This round pendant is set in an antique gold bezel, filled with teal micro stones and iridescent inclusions cast in resin, the surface left intentionally rough like broken rock that decided it wanted to be worn. It hangs from a 20-inch adjustable chain, the kind of piece that anchors an outfit without trying and catches light without asking permission.
From my studio in Loveland, Colorado, part of the Cosmic Glen series. As with all pieces, this one is one of a kind. Once it's gone, it's gone.
