Set in a rectangular resin frame, it holds a small world of real shells and semiprecious stones, layered and pressed together the way a tide line arranges things — not randomly, but not planned either. The resin seals it all in place, preserving the texture and depth so the piece reads differently depending on how the light hits it. It hangs on an 18" adjustable chain, sits flat against the chest, and feels like something you found rather than something you bought.
From my studio, part of the Seaside Glen series — where the water leaves things behind and the glen keeps them. As with all pieces, this one is one of a kind. Once it's gone, it's gone.
