Custom Pieces from the Glen
The Glen does not mass produce. Every piece that leaves this studio is already one of a kind. A custom piece takes that further: it is made specifically for you, from a conversation we have before a single drop of resin is poured.
Here is how it works.
Inquire first.
Send your idea through the Contact page. Tell me what you are imagining: a material you want encased, a color, a feeling, a person you are making it for. I will read it carefully and let you know whether I can honor it fully. I only accept custom requests I am confident I can execute well.
We talk it through.
If I accept your request, we will work out the details by email: materials, size, series, chain length, bail style, and anything else that matters.
If you want to be more involved in the finishing decisions, the Live Finishing upgrade ($33) lets us do a short video call together where you can see options in real time and make final choices before the piece is sealed. You will watch your pendant become itself.
A 50% deposit starts the work.
Once we have agreed on the design, a deposit secures your place and I begin. The remaining balance is due when the piece is complete, before it ships.
3 to 5 business days, sometimes more.
Simple pieces move quickly. More complex requests, encased objects, layered materials, detailed scenes, take longer. I will give you an honest timeline before we begin.

Custom work reflects the time, materials, and conversation that go into making something that did not exist before you asked for it. The Live Finishing upgrade is an additional $33.
Every custom piece comes with the same promise as everything else in the Glen: once it is made, it is yours. There is nothing else like it anywhere.
